Soothe & Restore Curl Defining Mousse. This non-drying, alcohol-free mousse is formulated to shape curls and waves without weighing them down, providing great hold and volume. Smooth, non-sticky foam consistency that spreads easily over waves, curls and curls for maximum styling versatility.
Can be used on dry or wet hair.
To use:
Apply 1 to 2 full pumps of Soothe & Restore Curl Defining Mousse into the palms of your hands and spread evenly from root to tip. Use on wet hair for stronger hold and longer hairstyle definition. Can also be used on dry or damp hair to refresh curls.
